Hours of Operation are advertised as from 9am-4pm. Vendors must not break down before 3pm, unless approval is given from the director. The market days are held on the THIRD SATURDAY of every month, except for May. Refer to the Show Dates page for exact dates.
Vendors must be ready for business no later than 9am.
Vendor check-in is from 7am-8am.
Booths spaces still open by 9am will be re-rented to another vendor. One the day of the market, we will direct you to your assigned site.
You must not sell outside your booth, and no booth sharing is allowed.
Prohibited items include; firearms, alcoholic beverages, illegal items, fireworks, offensive pictures.
Booth spaces are 10'x10' and rent for $30 each. No electricity will be available.
Annual fees are $330 for each space.
No booth sites will be reserved without prepayment. Vendors can reserve a specific site by paying annually or by pre-paying at the market for the next month.
The State Comproller of Public Accounts requires you to have a sales tax number and to pay sales tax. Be sure to include your number on the application. If you have any questions about sales tax, call the Comproller's Office at 1-800-252-5555.
FOOD VENDOR PERMITS: The Texas Department of Health requires food vendors to obtain permits. You must provide the Rockport Market Days with a copy of your permit before you can sell food at this event. To inquire about permits, exceptions, or any other information, call the Texas Department of Health. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain the necessary permits and to furnish the market director with current copies.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and tent, if needed.
The Rockport Market Days will be held-harmless for any accidents, lost or stolen items.
All vendors must remove all trash and debris from the site upon departure.
